This case needs to rule out dedifferentiated liposarcoma, which is the most common sarcoma in the spermatic cord and inguinal canal. I do not think this is a case of lymphoma. Please examine the surrounding or embedded adipose tissue carefully to see if there are features of low grade liposarcoma (lipoblasts, isolated atypical cells with bizarre giant and hyperchromatic nuclei, and collagenous trabeculae between lobules of fat.
