肿物看炎症明显,导管上皮增生明显,感觉级向还好,有中等程度异型

冰冻诊断被临床影响有点犹豫,打了高级别上皮内瘤变(感觉诊断有点过可能是炎症性病变引起)

这样打会有什么后果,如果石蜡真的是炎症性病变引起我如何诊断更合适(对临床和病理都有利的打法)

各切缘,颈部淋巴结,冰冻均阴性

 请别自责，只要没打癌，还是安全的。简要描述后，转个弯，提示上皮的增生可能是反应性增生，建议随访。

还想说，在胆脂瘤形成早期，也许能见到这种情况。

Age, exact location of the lesion is important. 导管上皮增生? Respiratory? salivary gland type? middle ear?

高级别上皮内瘤变 cannot be 是炎症性病变引起, corret?

Are there any prior history of biopsy of the lesion before resection and lymph node dissection?

In general, diagnosis of carcinoma should be made with great caution when there are 炎症性病变.
