This case looks more like a metastatic adenocarcinoma, possibly from lung, to my eyes. Squamous cell carcinoma or adenosquamous carcinoma is hard to diagnosed in a cytology case when no keratinized cytoplasm is seen. Intercellular bridges are not reliable markers of squamous differenitation due to distortion and relatively suboptimal preservation. If not sure, call it "non-small cell carcinoma with features suggestive of adenocarcinoma."
