This question is very general and impossible to answer comprehensively. I list a few below. This list is by no means complete.

1. Normal aging - Vessel walls in globus pallidus and, sometimes, putamen are involved first. Sometimes, capillaries in hippocampal formation are calcified (calcospherites) with aging. Choroid plexus may become calcified with age as well.
2. Sturge-Weber syndrome (encephalotrigeminal angiomatosis) - Hemangiomas in large areas of leptomeninges and facial skin of V1 or V2 distribution.
3. Cerebral cortical dysplasia - calcospherites or calcification of capillaries.
4. Gliomas and meningiomas.
5. Parenchymal vascular malformation (especially AVM and cavernous hemangioma).
6. Old contusion.
7. Old hemorrhage.
8. Old infarct, including periventricular leukoencephalopathy from perinatal ischemic injury.
9. Old abscess, including cysticercosis.
10. Healed encephalomyelitis, including congenital viral infection.
11. Radiation necrosis.
12. Tuberous sclerosis - in cortical tubers and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma.
13. Cockayne syndrome.
14. Haw-River syndrome.
15. Fahr disease.
16. Hallervorden-Spatz disease.
17. Neuroaxonal dystrophy.
18. Hypoparathyroidism.
19. Kenny-Caffey syndrome.
20. Aicardi-Goutrieres syndrome.
21. Mitochondrial encephalopathies.
22. Familial idiopathic basal ganglia calcification (FIBGC).
