Favor inflammatory process either 精子肉芽肿 or non-specific granulomatous inflammation.

Lymphoma often involves testicular parenchyma of old man, acute inflammaiton is usual too..need to rule out, but less likely.

阴囊内的淋巴瘤多发生在睾丸，个别图片看起来很不爽，会怀疑恶性淋巴瘤（但整个是一个炎症的背景）。值得注意的是：老年男性，睾丸淋巴瘤与中枢淋巴瘤有联系。
