I suspect this is a case of invasive, high grade urothelial carcinoma. 

Difficult to interpret.

Other figures - spindle cell stroma with edema, inflammation, granulation tissue like; but with many large pleomorphic cells - consider inflammatory/reactive process due to inflammation, postoperative spindle cell nodule (need history) . Other processes in an older man - would consider sarcomatoid carcinoma, leiomyosarcoma, and inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.  

Is there urothelial dysplasia and is there conventional urothelial carcinoma?
