Pigmented cells destructing bone.  Cannot see the cellular detail.  MM?  The glands are just normal minor salivary glands.

Hard to give an opinion for reasons, just random ideas: 1) poor preservation 2) severe tissue cautery artifact 3) highly cellular mass, seems to distruct the bone - worry about a malignant process 4) but it has been there for 3 years - not too malignant 5) need to look for the relation of this lesion with bone, relation with squamous mucosa or salivary gland, lymphoma, etc. Look forward to hearing more about the case.
