I agree that it looks a DCIS, at least intermediate grade. I don't see any convincing evidence of invasion from these pictures.
We don't know the size of the DCIS (might have difficulty for low grade DCIS).
Therefore, the problem for frozen will be: how many sections do we need to submit for frozen.
If representative sections submitted, you will need to clearly tell the surgeons and the patient that you might find invasive carcinoma in addition paraffin sections.
Do you know whether the surgical treatments of DCIS and invasive carcinoma are the same or different?
