Photo #2 favors diagnosis of glandularis cystitis (腺性膀胱炎). But the other photos raise the possibility of carcinoma in situ (CIS).
When I have this type of difficult bladder biopsy, I usually order deeper cut for H&E and immunohistochemical stains for CK20, p53 and p16. Sometimes, these stains may help to differentiate reactive changes from CIS. CIS often demonstrates full thickness stain of CK20, p53 and p16. Interpretation of p53 stain is slightly tricky. Faint nuclear stain does not count.
