患者年龄小，分叶状、间质细胞增生，还是诊断叶状幼年型纤维腺瘤(juvenile fibroadenoma phylloides)为宜。

When leaf-like processes raely and focally develop within an otherwise classic juvenile fibroadenoma,the term juvenile fibroadenoma phylloides would be appropriate.

What do we see? It is a demarcated mass with dense stroma with 平滑肌分化 and a few benign glands, no increased cellularity, no mitosis (at least based on the photos), no leaf like projections, no stoma atypia. I feel there is no any pathologic evidence to support the dx of 叶状肿瘤 .
We are pathologists. We must have reasons for all of our diagnosis.
Do we feel comfortable to label the 15 y girl to have 叶状肿瘤 based on the photos? Anyway I am not.
