- I don't see many frozen section of breast tissue. It is an dangerous advanture to make a diagnosis.
- Here is my guess and I would appreciate any follow up with paraffin sections and final diagnosis.
- There is intraductal proliferative changes with possible intraductal papilloma, UDH, sclerosing adenosis and many cells have apocrine like changes (may be artifact).
- There are some cellular pleomorphism, but all cells appear to be in the membrane bound spaces. I suspect there is no DCIS or invasive cancer.
