Older ladies' pap smears are very tricky. It can mimic anything from ASC-H, LSIL, HSIL to squamous cell carcinoma.  Be very careful.  If we don't learn it, we will end up reporting all old ladies' pap smears as abnormal., that would ruin our reputation and bussiness.
