 I stongly favor endometrioid adenocarcinoma, nuclear grade 1, FIGO grade 1.

It is true that the tissue is falling apart.  But there are definite foci of cohesive tissue with fused and cribriform glands only.

我认为是子宫内膜样腺癌，核分级1级，FIGO分级1级。可能是腺体脱落的，但是局灶仍然可以看到明确的拥挤的、筛状的腺体。（最后一句的意思翻译的不知道是否准确）
