There seems to be an epithelioid nesting pattern in this tumor. I suspect, but am not sure if there are eosinophilic granular bodies or not. No inflammatory cells are seen. Is there any? The photos, patient's age, and gross description of the lesion suggest pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma.
