Agree for a generic diagnosis of 肉瘤 due to hypercellurity, pleomorphism and atypical mitoses. Peculiar benign looking tubules - is there focal "ovarian type" stroma around the tubules and cysts In such a young patient and it is not typical for sarcomatoid RCC or TCC. Might need to consider two other rare specific entities: 1. mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of kidney with sarcomatoid transformation 2. primary synovial sarcoma of kidney 同意！ |
