The photos, location of the lesion and patient's young age certainly suggest a choroid plexus papilloma, but the broad hyalinized papillae lined by single layer of choroid plexus epithelia are not the hypercellular proliferating papillae seen in usual choroid plexus papillomas. This is not a straight forward case and requires careful correlation with neuroimages. How bulky is the specimen grossly? What do the pre- and post-surgical MRI images show? Can it be a large benign choroid plexus cyst? I don't think this is malignant.
