look the  clusters of epithelial cells in lymph node and vascular structure. It may represent metastatic disease. Sections of left breast look like sclerosing adenosis, with areas of different cells (hyperplasia or others). Can stain myoepithelial marker to rule out invasion if you doubt it. If you are sure that it is metastasis in left axillary lymph node, you need to submit many sections from left breast to see if the cancer is present. Of cause cancer from right breast can be metastatic to the left axillary lymph node. Also you can find the slides of right breast cancer to compare.

仅凭以上几幅图难以作出诊断。注意一下在淋巴结和脉管中的上皮细胞团，这may 代表是转移来的。但是左侧乳腺的切片在多个区域有不同类型细胞增生，好像硬化性腺病。如果对此存疑，可以做一下上皮标记，排除一下是不是浸润性病变。如果确定左侧腋窝淋巴结中是转移来的，那么对左侧乳腺要多做切片，看是否有癌组织。当然，肿瘤也可能是从右侧乳腺转移来的。可以找一下以前右侧乳腺癌的切片比较一下。

 左侧腋窝淋巴结是转移性癌可以确定。

右侧乳腺癌出现左侧腋窝淋巴结转移是有的。

但是要特别注意检查左侧乳腺，首先排除左侧乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移，因为双侧乳腺癌比乳腺癌发生对侧淋巴结转移更多见。
