仅凭这几张镜下图片，考虑胶质瘤，WHO3级以上

 免疫组化不支持胶质瘤和脑膜瘤，Fig3显示鹿角形血管和细胞之间胶原，应该是恶性SFT，不知楼主CD34阳性否？

 GFAP、EMA、PR均（-），VIM（+）。核分裂易见，偶见小灶性早期坏死，无血管内皮细胞增生。肿瘤边界较清楚，Fig3有点诊断线索。

This tumor is located at the right lateral ventricular wall near the atrium, a location usually not supportive of dura-based meningioma. I wonder why did MRI show a tumor suspicious for meningioma at this location. The photos uploaded show no clearcut meningothelial differentiation. Instead, I see cytologic atypia and pleomorphism that suggest a high grade astrocytoma (at least WHO grade III). Are there mitotic figures, necrosis or vascular/endothelial proliferation? EMA, PR and GFAP immunohistochemical stains would help.

 脑膜源性的问题不大。主要是根据细胞的异形性，核分裂，有无坏死判断是否够不典型脑膜瘤。或者是血管外皮瘤。差不多WHO2级。
