我要写一个个案，中间需要有病理图片的描述，但是我不会，各位丁香园的病理高手朋友们帮忙描述一下，情况如下：


病例：9岁小孩，脑右侧基底节区肿瘤。
术后大体病理：灰白碎组织多块，合计6×4×2mm，切面灰白质软，部分区域见囊性区，内含粘液。
诊断：（右侧基底节区）未成熟型畸胎瘤，以生殖细胞瘤成分为主。
免疫组化：D2-40(++), OCT-3/4(++), PLAP(-)
要求：镜下所见，简单描述细胞、间质等

Figure 1: This high-power microscopic view shows a large nest of mature stratified squamous epithelia (left) and scattered large germ cells admixed with small lymphocytes.

Figure 2: This high-power view shows many germ cells admixed with small lymphocytes.

The microscopic features observed are consistent with a mixed germ cell tumor with components of germinoma (even though PLAP was negative) and mature teratoma. I do not believe the figures show features of immature teratoma.
