This is a high grade malignancy, but I am not certain of what type based on the information provided. I rely a lot on routine histology for my diagnostic interpretation. Judging from the photos uploaded, it appears that either the HE-stained sections are suboptimal or the photography is suboptimal. Is it possible to upload HE photos of better quality? The interface between tumor and brain parenchyma is an important area for microscopic examination.
