College of American Pathologists Practical guide to Gynecologic cytopathology is very good one published just this year.
Chief editor: David C. Wilbur and Michael R. Henry.
It is very concise, updated gyn cyto book with 250 pages. Most of the authors are the members of CAP cytopathology commette.
The Pap Test by DeMay Published in 2005. More detailed and comprehensive book.
I suggest the first one, updated, cheaper, easy to read.
