I think this is a schwannoma or neurilemmoma. Although a cluster of large mature ganglion cells is seen, these mature neurons appear entrapped ganglion cells and not part of the neoplasm. I say this because ot two reasons - (1) they are found in one cluster area and not scattered throughout the neoplasm, and (2) at least some large neurons are surrounded by satellite cells. Therefore I do not favor this being a ganglioneuroma. The clinical difference between these two overlapping entities is minimal - they behave very similarly.
