内膜息肉的诊断标准：1、纤维性间质；2、丛集的厚壁血管或扩张的薄壁血管；3、不规则的增生腺体和周边正常的内膜对激素的反应不一致。

符合1、2即可诊断，3可选，有独立的2则符合

内膜息肉原因不明，有研究表明，部分内膜息肉是克隆性增生

There is no evidence of "endometrial polyp" in the photos provided due to lack of evidence of "stromal alteration (间质纤维性变） and thick-walled vessles. The focal spindle changes shown on the last photo is most likely resulted from chronic enodmetritis. Photos 5 and 6 indicate that this patient may have been treated with oral contraceptives (not high dose progestin) for her bleeding. Please check on that. Thefinal diagnosis based what I see here is Chrnonic endometritis which is the most missed diagnosis of endometrial pathology in your routine practice. Of course you need search for plasma cells to confirm my suspection.

从所给图像来看，缺乏间质纤维性变和厚壁血管，因此不能诊断为子宫内膜息肉。最后一图中局灶性的梭形改变很可能是慢性子宫内膜炎引起的。图5和图6提示患者可能因为治疗流血的原因而有口服避孕药史，（可能剂量不是很高），可以确认一下。从目前所看到的图像来说我的最后诊断是慢性子宫内膜炎，实际工作中，这是子宫内膜病理中最容易漏诊的。当然你还需要在切片中找到浆细胞来证实我的推断。
