I think WHO grade I dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNT) is the most likely diagnosis, but one would like to see isolated floating neurons in the microcysts in addition to the small oligodendrocyte-like cells and neuropil-like fibrillary matrix. A differential diagnosis is pilocytic astrocytoma, which could look like oligodendroglioma focally. However, I do not see the characteristic features of pilocytic astrocytoma - biphasic growth pattern, microcysts, Rosenthal fibers, and eosinophilic granular bodies. I don't think this is a case of ependymoma or subependymoma or oligodendroglioma.
