病史

right chest wall mass noted for 3 months and mild tenderness.Due to enlarged in recent one month,thereafter,he visited our GS-OPD for helop PE:fixed and solid about 6x6cm over right chest wall,and body weight loss 10kgw for one month,the CT of chest showed large soft tissue mass at right chest wall with destruction of 3rd rib, measured about 13.2*6.7cm in size,malignancy is highly suspected

Metastasis

Small bowel : 4 intraluminal polypoid tumors

Colon: 3 intraluminal polypoid tumors
