Below I will paste the our resident weakly conference schedule for last week. There are many education conference in the department. Some of the conferences are required for all residents. In other words the residents must attend. Some of conferences are elective for residents. Residents can attend if they have time or interested. In fact no residents can join in all the conference because they have their own work duty. It is the similar for every week. It is similar for all uviversities with resident programs. It can be more or less depending the size of the universities or programs. So you know residents in the US do not need to study online.

You can think about how many education conferences you have in your departments. The resident education and traning are very week in China. We do not complain because there are different medical education between Chin and the USA.

The purposes of this topic are that I hope more Chinese pathologists know medical resident education in the US, and also that we should cherish the education opportunity provided online here, especially for the young patholgists for the pathologists who work in the county or countryside hospitals with one or two pathologist. We should thank the main adminstrators of this web. They spend a lot of their own time to maintain the web function well. We all who like studing here should attend the activities in website more positively and actively.
