This case is interesting and unusual. But, the diagnosis is quite straightforward, it is negative for malignant cells. Giant cells can be seen in nipple discharge specimens, they can be associated with underlying benign breast diseases such as tuberculosis or other granulomatous inflammation. The exact etiology needs to get clinical correlation. The background has many neutrophils, I favor an inflammatory process, but again needs clinical correlation.
