 假若就这么一个导管最多打一个ADH，是否就一个导管不得而知，至于是否有浸润，必须标记肌上皮。

这个例子除了标记肌上皮外，还应该标记高分子CK如，CK5或CK5/6。

 When we sign out breast cases we always need to keep the priniciple. You cannot sign out invasion if you are not sure. You always need to do the stains if you doubt the presence of invasion. No matter how other people mentioned. For this case you need to do the stains if you are worried. If no evidence of invasion, you can think it is florid ductal hyperplasia, ADH, or DCIS.

In pahtology we cannot use these words "feel", " look like", until you did a full study already.
