 小脑肿物，应该想到有血管母细胞瘤的可能。但个人感觉：血管母中的血管多是小树枝状的毛细血管，跟本例中的血管不太一样，还有本例细胞似有突起，需要排除小脑纤维型星形细胞瘤等。欢迎指正！

 仔细找找有无Rosenthal fiber 和EGB（嗜酸性小体），所给图片类似少枝胶质细胞瘤图象和血管瘤样图象，这两种图象在毛细胞性星形细胞瘤均可出现，因此首先考虑为毛细胞性星形细胞瘤。IHC有一定帮助。

I don't know what this is, but I do know that it is not hemangioblastoma. Many cells show vacuolated/clear cytoplasm, but some (in figures 3 and 7) appear more like fibrillary astrocytes. I suspect this is a glioma, but the histopathology is quite unusual. As someone suggested already, one has to look for features of pilocytic astrocytoma (biphasic growth pattern, pilocytes, mucinous microcysts, Rosenthal fibers, and eosinophilic granular bodies). Are there many mitoses? More photos may help me figure this case out.
