The increased cellularity and the degree of cytologic atypia are consistent with an infiltrating fibrillary astrocytoma of either grade II or grade III. To accurately grade infiltrating astrocytomas like this, one has to carefully look for mitotic figures in the tumor. Depending on how often one finds them, this may be grade II or grade III. GFAP stain is probably not as useful as MIB-1 stain or p53 stain in this case. CD68 stain to rule out histiocytes is always a good idea, but I don't think there is doubt in what this case is.
