The most likely diagnosis is WHO grade IV medulloblastoma, given the young age and anatomic location of the lesion. Necrosis, hypercellularity and marked cytologic atypia are present. Focal desmoplasia may be present, but I do not see the characteristic features of desmoplastic/nodular variant of medulloblastoma. I would carefully rule out large cell/anaplastic variant of medulloblastoma by HE examination, and rule out atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor by immunohistochemical stains.
