Really? I will be surprised for diagnosing a "well differentiated mucinous adenocarcinoma of the endometrium" for this case. Based on clinical presentation of cervical mass, patient's young age and morphology with moderate to high grade nuclear atypia with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, I am so concerned of a cervical adenocarcinoma rathen than endometrial origin. Have you done immunostain for p16 and CEA? It will help in most cases in differentiating whether an adenocarcinoma is from endocervix or from endometrium. Agree with Dr. Yang and don't agree with "well differentiated mucinous adenocarcinoma of endometrium". My diagnosis would be adenocarcinoma of probable endocervical origin, in-situ and invasive. There is stromal inflammatory response and angulated infiltrative pattern in the malignant glands.
