Chengbei, this is an interesting case. The biopsy shows "Atypical complex endometrial glandular hyperplasia", most likely confined within an endometrial polyp. I cannot appreciate definitive invasion from the photos you posted. In hysterectomy sections you showed, those glands trapped little deep in the myometrium should not be interpreted as true invasion in this case. It can be explained by two possibilities: 1) trapped or misplaced by cutting when you use a dull knife which is very common during gross-in process. 2) Stroma-poor adenomyosis.
