Looks like endometrial cell groups.  Should report in a 48 year old woman with a comment stating that in women>40 years old, presence of endometrial groups may represent menstration, hormonal or other benign process, and rarely related to pathologic process.  Menstral history?  Looks benign. In contrary to Xiao He's case where i think it is direct sampling of endometrium, here the groups are smaller in size and have a general round contour.

 Agree with Dr. Yu. They look like normal em cells. Try to know LMP.

If within 12 days of LMP, you should report em cells within 12 days of LMP. It is normal.

If more than 12 days or unknown the LMP, you should report that em cell >12 days of LMP or unknown LMP.
