Not sure from H & E. Apparentl 2 tumor cell populations: small ovoid cells and large lipid containing cells. Somehow i feel it came from ovarians, granulosa cell tumor with steroid cell differentiation? Not the usual retroperitoneal tumors such as neuronal tumor or liposarcoma. A battery of immunostains should help and is necessary in such a case.
