Low grade spindle cell tumor. I favor fibrosarcoma. Neuronal tumor is also in the differential. Need to count mitotic figures for a solid diagnosis. I think we need >4mitotic figures/10 high power field for fibrosarcoma. Photo 2: areas of necrosis or chondoid differentiation? Cannot tell from this power. Other low power fields show herringbone and patternless pattern. I don't see epithelial nests for synovial sarcoma.
