(1)   the distribution of while pulp and red pulp is relatively normal on low power, however the follicles are abnormal.

(2) Although the manlte still exist, the polarity of the follicles disppear, there is no tingble-body macrophage in thegerminal center, and the germinal centere is copmosed of monotonous centrocytes.

(3) there are scattered  small aggregates of small lymphoid cells in the red pulp suggesting invasion.

(4) there are diffusely distributed nodules on gross examination.

I consider follicular lymphoma of the spleen, grade 1,

 the question is that  it is  primary follicular lymphoma of spleen or secondary?
