A 48-year-old woman presented with a retroperitoneal mass around the left paraaortic region. The excised lesion measured 5 cm, and had irregular borders and tan-colored solid cut surfaces.
女性，48岁，腹膜后肿块，围绕主动脉。切除的肿块大小5 cm，边界不规则，切面实性，黄褐色。

The medium sized cells with round nuclei and moderate amount cytoplasm in the last three photoes are plasmacytoid dendritic cells.
The lesion has features of prominent vascular proliferation , scattered large bizarre cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, vague rounded nodules penetrated by venules.
