Wooo! I have to admit that I have never done a FNA on a 4-year-old during my career (I have performed) more than 1,000 FNAs. First of all, 4-year-old usually cannot tolerate the procedure. Second, for any soft tissue or skin tumors, FNA is not that acurate for the diagnosis and often require core biopsy. So, for this case, I have to say that whoever did the FNA is very brave. My diagnosis for the case is "atypical cells present" see comment and in the comment, I would suggest open biopsy if there is a tumor or mass.
