This looks like an oligodendroglioma, the grade of which (WHO grade II or grade III) depends on the presence or absence of hypercellularity, cellular anaplasia, necrosis, vascular proliferation and mitotic activity. In the absence of anaplasia, necrosis and vascular proliferation, some pathologists rely on average mitotic count in "hot" areas. If this is >5/10 high-power fields, some would grade it as WHO grade III anaplastic oligodendroglioma. Otherwise, it is a WHO grade II oligodendroglioma.
