Other than metastatic high grade carcinoma, one has to consider the possibility of choroid plexus carcinoma. Focal papillary architecture and neoplastic cells with clear cytoplasm are very suggestive of choroid plexus carcinoma, but myxoid background seen focally is unusual. Please check pre-surgical MRI and see if the tumor is associated with ventricular wall. Better focused photomicrographs at higher resolution would help.
