前提是黏液性肿瘤内无上皮成分.与周围组织边界不清,低度恶性肿瘤.看到以上图考虑1,间质肉瘤.(黏液性纤维肉瘤).2.侵袭性血管黏液瘤.侵袭性血管瘤乳腺不知有无乳腺的报道,血管不是粘液样脂肪肉瘤的血管,可排除.也可以这样出报告:乳腺黏液性肿瘤,恶性潜能或低度恶性.

 有点儿难度，肿瘤内血管不多且为开放性的血管，不像粘液性脂肉。

边界清楚但无包膜，内无上皮，难以考虑纤维腺瘤或叶状肿瘤。

细胞无异型性不像粘液性纤维肉瘤。

可否考虑富于细胞性浅表性血管粘液瘤，或神经纤维瘤。

期待最后结果。

AE1/AE3, Cam5.2 to rule out metaplastic carcinoma

The possibilities for above dx are low, but they must be excluded.

If above differential dx are ruled out, my feeling is that this is a fibroepithelial lesion. Before the IHC I also favor fibroepithelial lesion.

You need to check the stromal cellularity, stromal atypia, stromal mitosis, the edge very carefully with microscope.

My differential diagnoses are fibroadenoma with prominent myxoid stromal change and benign phyllodes. However I have to read the true slides to make the final diagnosis. Sometimes it is very difficult to tell the difference between FA and benign phyllodes. So above is only my analysis and guess diagnosis.
