- 请老师们看看宫内膜
子宫内膜腺癌，有像绒毛腺型的地方，如：绒毛纤细，实性区似乎有鳞化。但是还不能最后排除浆乳癌。绒毛腺型的宫内膜样癌，癌细胞排列似乎应该更规则些。没把握，切除标本后再具体定分型吧。楼主记得把切除标本的图片传上来哦。谢谢 很好的病例 |

endometrial adenocarcinoma, endometrioid type with villoglandular features, nuclear grade 2, FIGO grade 2 (judged by shown photos). For endometroid type adeno, we always give nuclear grade (1-3) and FIGO grade (1-3 according to the percentage of solid area, <5 FIGO gade 1; 6-50%, FIGO 2, >50%, FIGO 3). Villoglandular type is considered one subtype under endometrioid type.
