有趣病例，难以评价。有许多腺样结构或管状结构挤压在一起。细胞学特征为一致和相对温和。局灶呈软骨样外观。它不像典型的纤维上皮性肿瘤或其它乳腺肿瘤。形态学使我想到卵巢Sertoli细胞瘤。其它鉴别诊断包括但不局限于皮肤附属器肿瘤、畸胎瘤和转移性肿瘤。良性或恶性。对这一例我没有诊断线索。 可以做一些标记： AE1/AE3. CK7-CK20 Vimentin Calretinin 希望不同亚专业的病理学家们提供你们的观点。我感觉这是疑难或少见病例。需要完全弄明白才能签发报告。 |

Interesting case. It is difficult to make evaluation. many glandular or tubular structures are compactded together. Cytologic features of these cells are uniform and relatively bland. The focus looks chartilage apperance. It is not like classic fibroepithelial tumors or other breast tumors. The morphology made me think about ovarian sertoli cell tumor. Other differential dx incluse but not limited skin adnexa tumor, teratoma, metaplastic tumor. Benign vs Maligant. I have no clue about this case.

CK7-CK20
Vimentin
Calretine
Wish pathologists with different specieties provide your oppinion.
I feel this is difficult or unusual case. You have to make yourself clear before you sign out the case.
