- You might worry about lymphoma, sarcomatoid carcinoma, inflammatory pseudotumor or even sarcoma.
- The key is to recognize
- polymorphous population of inflammatory cells
- recognize hitiocytes (granulomatous inflammation)
- lack of significant pleomorphism or mitoses
