Granulomatous lesion. More like foreign body-type granulomatoid lesion. It means reaction to foreign materials. Mostly they are related to the trauma or sugery procedure (you mentioned the history above).

You can do special stains for TB, fungi. It is not like sarcoidosis.

Anyway it is benign.

Granulomatous lesion. 肉芽肿性病变，More like foreign body-type granulomatoid lesion. 很可能是异物型肉芽肿性病变，It means reaction to foreign materials. 本质是对异物产生的反应，Mostly they are related to the trauma or sugery procedure (you mentioned the history above).很可能是与创伤或手术有关，正如你上述提到的病史，You can do special stains for TB, fungi. It is not like sarcoidosis.你也可以染结核、霉菌的特染。不象结节病。

Anyway it is benign.本例肯定是良性。
