Agree LSIL, but do not say 考虑有HPV感染. It is not professional language. People think all SIL or CIN are HPV related even though not all HPV infection can cause SIL or CIN. In fact most HPV infection will not cause CIN.
Generally, LSIL, HSIL in cytology; CIN in histology.
感谢赵老师的指导！在国内基层医院病理科不能做到HPV的检测，只能通过HE切片的镜下观察提出“CIN*级，考虑伴有HPV感染”以提示临床。 |
