好像是制片造成的拉长和变性

 In true case (not like we discuss here), we cannot say favor benign. I agree with most of you that mostly these cells are benign with reactive or metaplastice changes. I may call ASC-US for this case. Remember that most of ASC-US will be benign if hrHPV results are not considered. More importance is that Pap test is screening test.
