Please provide the age and anatomic location of the brain tumor. Though the neoplastic cells are pleomorphic, I don't see mitotic figures. endothelial/vascular proliferation or eosinophilic granular bodies. There is, in figure 6, focal necrosis. Therefore, WHO grade IV glioblastoma is the main diagnosis to rule out or rule in.
