Agree with above. Pap cytology is very difficult abd AGC is the most difficult among gyn cytology. Generally we need to read the smear very carefully and know patients' age, LMP, previous Pap test or gyn history, HPV result et al. Still I often feel difficulty to sign out the cases. I often show my slides to other cytopathologists or left the slides and read again in the second day to think more. There were very poor agreement about AGC among expert cytopathologists.I did the research study several years ago. You can review my talk about AGC in this website.

Here I often saw some very poor stained smears with few photos.I can write my dx easily and quickly. But it likes gussing the dx or playing the game.

So pl ask your dept to increase the quility of Pap smears for our patients.

  小荷 is right that every one should join the discussion when you see the photos.  It does not matter that you are right or wrong. Who knows who are you. Who care? It is not test. your chair does not know you made the mistakes. Ha, ha. So what

这样老师们才好指导.否则雾里看花,再厉害的老师也无能为力啊.

看看丁伟老师自己配置的染液都能染出那么漂亮的涂片.多棒啊!

提高上传涂片的质量,我们才能提高诊断水平!

再有就是勇于发言,积极参与,工作中,我们肯定会谨慎发报告,网络中就不要那么拘谨了.放开来吧.

专讲这一个主题.多请几位老师讲.我想每位老师都会有自己不同的体会的.

我有时候感觉最困惑的是国内老师们的观点不一致,我甚至怀疑以前的所学都错了呵呵.

我们从头学起,从细胞开始学,从细胞膜,细胞核,细胞质,一点点的正规学习.多请海外老师,直接和国际接轨!

我就不信,我们学不会它?!我就不信,我们不能和国际接轨?!让所有细胞学诊断从华夏起步达到和国际同步!!
